"Overall a comfortable night stay. We got upgraded to a 3BR apt. The apt was clean and very spacious. Mattress was quite hard and the linens were quite rough but we were tired so falling asleep wasn’t hard. A bit surprised that the deposit was RM300 when it said to be RM100 on our Hotels.com booking confirmation. Location wise a little dodgy but there’s good security who checked us before we could pass the gantry. Apt owner is friendly, punctual and a great fella. "

"Nice and comfortable stay over a short weekend. Close to many food outlets and weekend entertainment at Bt Bintang area. We’d like to thank and compliment Kapil from the club lounge who provided fantastic service whenever we were there, even when the club lounge was short of staff on a busy Sunday morning breakfast. "Fantastic service throughout the hotel. Excellent large room with spacious bathroom and desk for working. Gym and pool were clean and well equipped. Food at the main restaurant was excellent but one small point was dietary restrictions were not labeled as wife is gluten free. Otherwise sensational. Location was also good close to Petronas and walking distance to a shopping mall with cheaper food options and a supermarket."
