"The property itself was good, clean, and neat. The downside is we have to pay extra for carpark. And there were no toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. We could have been informed upon reservation is confirmed but we did not asked from the concierge on the availability."

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom. The apartment was huge. The bed was comfortable. Things seemed a bit worn, but not too bad. Very walkable to shopping and a massive food street. The main negative was that the AC turns off when you leave the room and it takes awhile to cool off once you return. "

"This hotel is out of ordinary in every aspect. At the heart of city centre and five minutes walk to iconic twin towers. Hotel is super clean and very comfortable. Staff are very courteous. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The service is a bit slow. We had to bring our luggage on our own. The washing machine was not working so went to a laundromat close by. They request cash for deposit and taxes which I found odd since most places do credit card these days"

"This place was amazing. I needed the homey feel after staying in hotels for quite sometime. It was a large enough space for me, the dinning options are endless in the area. "All staff were very warm and welcoming. Very accommodating, I requested for a baby cot and though they mentioned it’s subject to availability they sent one right up almost immediately. The chefs and restaurant staff were very kind and friendly. They cooked plain porridge and eggs for my baby and even mentioned that they can puree it if needed. The room was very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was very smooth. Overall, an unforgettable experience and we’ll definitely come and stay with Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur during our next visit."
