I stayed near to the lobby so I can walk to the restaurant and the lobby area easily. Need to get more English speaking staff there. The restaurants food are great. My boys enjoy the Dino park and the Splash. But the water in the splash is very cold. Hope they can do something about it. Almost every kids there shiver when they walk around "

"The worst hotel I've ever been to. What is shown on the live site is not at all what we got. The rooms were filty.esp the bathroom. The water tap was not even functioning properly. Regret booking this place. Also booked 2 rooms with 2 queenbeds but the receptionist said only have 1 room with 2 queenbeds. I was given a room with 1 queenbed for the price of 2 queenbeds.totally disappointed with the room and the condition with poor cleanliness. I do not recommend this hotel. "
