"Updated - 15/10/2024 *Cons* Wifi quite slow and bad connection. We use mobile hotspot to connect to the sharp android tv to get the channel. However the staff did send staff to fix it and only can connect to the tv. Other smarrphone and laptop cant connect at all. You must use own mobilespot to do your work task. Master bedroom lock and toilet lock not working properly. Once lock, it quite difficult to unlock it back. Toilet not clean and quite slippery even the floor was dry. We need clean it...

"Overall was satisfactory and comfortable. Room specious.. Frendly and fast check-in Location town center , with free parking and nearby to allmost all amenities, shops, restaurant etc within short walking distance. Highly recomend to stay. Disatisfaction - bathroom light very dim and rather dark.During booking was made Hotel,com mention Wifi service available on the premise, but it was the otherwise upon check-in"

"Hotel situated right behind the general hospital, and hence parking space was very limited. Recommended only if you have matters at the hospital. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Ladies at the reception always had a smile on their faces. My room was believed to be unoccupied for a very long time. Bedsheets were dusty and there were mosquito larvae in the toilet bowl. Nevertheless, bedsheets were changed the next day when requested. My shirt went missing after housekeeping. They were not able to trace it and I had to let go. Facilities include water dispensers and a 24-hour eating/shopping area for simple meals and snacks."
