"Enjoyable stay with courteous service. We chose this hotel for its central location, connection to the Ipoh Mall and the 6 EV charging bays for hotel guests (at RM1.05/kWh). Our room on the Concept (12th) floor came with a jacuzzi, and overall it was spacious and comfortable, but with some hits and misses. "This hotel is very new, and the property is in a great condition. There is a shopping center with a grocery market across the street. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Everyone speaks English vary well in Malaysia. "

"Is very nice hotel but the room is very small and the towel was old. The bed is comfortable and breakfast has good variety of choices with good service by the staff. Walking distance to concubine road. Overall is a good stay."

"Stayed in the family and friends suite. Biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Family loved it. Very convenient water dispenser. Hot, cold and warm water. Roomy bathroom with tub and shower. Close enough to Ipoh center. Far enough to be quiet and peaceful. "

"The building was beautiful, the staff were fantastic. It’s across from a park and walkable to all the town has to offer. Small quibbles were the internet - kept going in and out, and while the breakfast was more than plentiful, the food was not kept warm. Will stay again if we’re in town. "

"Me and my family had a great stay in Sunway Lost World Hotel last week. Hotel is nice with great hospitality and it's convenient for us to drive down the town for food. My kid and wife had a wonderful time soaking in the hot spring spa. Will come back again for sure. "

"A decent hotel. Rooms and bathroom were generous size however safe was non functional and couldn’t be fixed. although they offered to leave one on the floor for us this was not satisfactory. Grout in shower requires bleach but otherwise clean. One towel and one doona cover had a rip/hole so some upgrading is required. Overall quite adequate and centrally located and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "

"The condition of the house is very well maintained. The house is quite spacious. The location is not that convenient if you don't have your own transport. The owner is also quite helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a great stay for me."
