Helpful staff at reception, lady owner or manager very kind and helpful. Room was compact, bed comfortable, shower good. Wifi good. Limited tv channels. "

"Very poorly maintained. Dirty room, even the parking area was dirty and not maintained well. Room was not up to par. Toiletries provided were too little. Rooms were very smelly and AC not working well. Not worth the money. Such a disgrace to Terengganu tourism. Please never come here 👎"

"The hotel room furniture is old and sad state. The bed should be changed to high quality mattress. The hotel has a bit of traditional vibe. They have hot shower too. The room furniture and breakfast options are huge disappointment. I hope the hotel management can invest more to improve the quality."
