"The unit need some repairing. The shower leaking, shocking to know that no towels and no blankets provided no iron no hair dryer etc. it’s my first experience in such condo-style stay. Maybe I need to get prepared next time. But some basic things need to be considered by the management."

"Surrounding is quiet, property is spacious and easy to locate. Beach is about 5mins drive away. Room comfort can be improved such as installing air con units in all the rooms as it can be very warm."

"1) communication breakdown - message was not attended after paying the deposit until checking out 2) property pictures is not as advertised on app! Misleading. 3) rundown furnitures most of it. Beds - sagging mattresses sunk in the middle, sofa - material almost torn apart, chairs - sunken, parquet tiles missing here and there. 4) water heater all ruined and wasn’t told. No checking? 5) upper bathroom, toilet cant flush. No checking? 6) porch’s light and fan fused? Has already switched...

"I checked in and my bed side Lamp was not working. Had to call housekeeping. No hot water to bathe until I checked out two days later. When I checked in, it was 10 pm and raining. I had no help to get to my room which was in a jungle and me dragging my bag into a dark unknown. I hated it. All wet and tired. No onceirge….? Toilet paper nil. Tissue paper nil. Very scarce and basic amenities. Considering i paid for premium water front chalet. Absolute let down. Will not stay again. "

"Best way to end 2024 and welcome 2025. Most relaxing vacation and stargazing at night was an awesome experience. Pool in the villa is just nice for everyday dip and aqua aerobics. "Beautiful hotel, great value for money. The most wonderful staff. Pool table and table tennis was under a shaded area in the pool bar area-so much fun and a good break from the sun! Not many resorts have shaded areas but the cabanas by the pool made a huge difference. Really fun slides in the pool which the kids enjoyed. There was no oats , muesli or Bircher at the breakfast which would have been nice but overall plenty of options at breakfast. Thanks for a great stay! "
