I recently stayed at this property for four nights, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While the location is nice, and the property itself has a lot of potential, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic services and communication issues. Firstly, there was no housekeeping at all during my entire stay, which was frustrating and left the room feeling neglected. This made a big difference in the overall comfort and cleanliness, which are essentials for any hotel stay. Additionally, communication from the property management was poor. When I tried to reach out regarding the lack of housekeeping and other basic needs, responses were either delayed or unhelpful. It felt as though guest concerns were not a priority, which was disappointing. The area and the property’s appearance suggest a high standard, but unfortunately, that standard was not reflected in the service. The lack of attention to basic upkeep and guest satisfaction was surprising and disappointing, given the potential of the place. Overall, I would not recommend this property unless management improves their maintenance and customer service.

Recommend this accommodation, fit for our purpose. - Suite is very good size and a great location. - Welcome treat of cookies was a nice touch. - easy walk from Train station. - comfortable bed, bath towels provided. - basic toiletries provided - iron and board provided. - WiFi provided - pool and gym facilities nice. - Views from suite are average. - You can hear traffic noise on 30th floor all night long. - No hand towel or kitchen towel provided. - Saw dust from repairs in and on furnishings. Would stay here again.

"Property is abit rundown. But the water park is the best ever for my kids. So many slides. I got one free ticket for the water park, courtesy of the hotel staff. Location wise, the hotel is very near to the highway exit but abit far from Melaka town. Will definitely visit again."
