"One of the staff, Dini, was very helpful and suggested lots of things for us whilst we were in Ipoh. We had one of the rooms near the lobby/entrance of the hostel, which was a bit inconvenient at night e.g. if we had to go to the bathroom... but other than that it was a great stay! Not a big problem."

"Great hotel and location. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. Only issue were some safety concerns in the room such as stairs being uneven and slippery. Also no lifts so suitcases have to be carried up multiple staircases. "

One of the night at 0207hours there was fire alarm, everyone peek out of room to see. Called reception - no response."
