"Have stayed at this building many times, this host is very annoying, so many messages just to get our entry card details from the post box which is normally a super simple process via other host. Then after the stay is complete again it took them so many days till they eventually refund our deposit. Just annoyed because they basically didn't have responsibility. "

"Just need to improve network coverage too slow or provide WiFi is better. The TV doesn't work, the kitchen is there but can't be used. put the microwave is better. Beautiful scenery and surroundings. The pool is also large. Overall Good 👍 "

"The hotel has a great location, just in front of a very nice beach. The room is quite clean but a bit dated. We could see some scratches on the wall and dirty areas under the sink. The room doesn’t have good sound proof as we can hear people walking, talking on the corridor and can hear sound from the next door room while staffs are cleaning the room. Great stay for couples

"We got the Vana villa with pool, after a mix up which gave us the garden view albeit with a small upgrade charge. Reasonable and worthwhile. The place was serene and peaceful. The villa was clean and neat. Bath tub was a bit problematic, only used once and was clogged. The pool within the villa was used the most. The whole resort was clean, if you stroll by the villas, you can note a very tightly run ship with regards to cleaning and maintenance. Food was outstanding. We did not leave the villa for all 4 days and can say I have tried every single item on the menu. Thai Fried Rice is the ultimate go to for us. Shout out to Pesto Penne as well. Bicycles were available for rental and we basically took that and cycled around the plantations. Cons: Nature walk was a not a walk. We should have checked with the guide how far the distance would be. Basically wasted 1 hour in that activity. "

You can enjoy the stunning sunrise on the beach and walk along the beach in the early morning which was the best thing I enjoy at the resort. Overall, it was still a wonderful get away trip with Hyatt "

"Hotel and the rooms are getting run down. The hotel is in need of renovation and repairs. We had spacious room and the bathroom was reasonably clean with no hand soap and broken shampoo bottle and 1/3 rd of toilet paper roll. The reception desk staff were rude, and clueless. The area around the hotel is kind of dark and shady. "
