"My recent stay at this hotel was not as pleasant as my previous visit. The check-in process took much longer than expected. Despite four guests arriving after me and receiving their keys promptly, I was still waiting while the staff checked various things and ultimately changed my rooms from the 16th floor to the 14th floor, citing that my original rooms was not ready. The towels were damp and had an unpleasant smell, informed the front desk before heading out, however, when I returned 4hrs...
