"It’s an old property. Maintenance was at bare minimum. Bed sheets, pillow covers & blankets have stains. Cleanliness was average. Owners should think of refurbish the rooms. "

"The room is spacious and clean, good for big family, also able to cook in the kitchen. The big problem is the waiting for lift to going up and down take long time, only 1 lift available and very poor maintenance. Swimming pool poor maintenance and parking lot dark for other side."

"Pankor Laut is the sort of place you dream about when you think of paradise, a rainforested island with white sand beaches, over sea villas and perfectly managed grounds. What makes Pankor Laut so special is the staff, every one has a smile and a genuine desire for everyone to have the best possible experience while with them. A tranquil hotel in Pankor Island

"The hotel is located in a very quiet area. It is 15 min drive from the center, and many restaurants and a night market is about 5 min drive from the hotel. My room (premier suite) was huge and was sitting on the edge of the sea. At the balcony, I could hear waves, and could see fishing boats. And every morning, many hornbills visited the hotel restaurant. The staff members were friendly and very helpful. They really tried to make me happy while I was there. There is a beach next to the hotel yet it is absolutely quiet. If someone wants to stay in a calm area, this place would be ideal."
