"Decent hotel for the price."

"The room on the second floor that we checked in. There were a lot of bugs , we had to switch rooms. "

"Location is good. Near to jetty to Pangkor island. Friendly staff. Facility is clean but is a bit rundown. "

"Staff were excellent. Only a couple of the lights were not working and the room smelt of cigarette even thought it was non-smoking room. "

"The aircon was noisy, the rooms are also not at all sound proof. The first room they gave us was in bad condition, so we changed and had to pay more. It was worth it, the second room was much better. But still had some issues. Broken glass from lamp, not proper working toilet host ect.. but some good things like extras were availale in the room."

"The hallway was dark. Our toilet got blocked and they asked us to change room. When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. He also told us that we need to change room again the next day. We asked for a refund since at that point there was no room available for us and the staff said he can’t refund. Eventually he offered us a family room which the pillowcases and bedsheets does not looks clean and smells. It’s very disappointing with the condition of the accommodation and can’t wait to get out of it. However I have to say that the staff was quite nice even though the condition of the accommodation is not good."
