"We got the Vana villa with pool, after a mix up which gave us the garden view albeit with a small upgrade charge. Reasonable and worthwhile. The place was serene and peaceful. The villa was clean and neat. Bath tub was a bit problematic, only used once and was clogged. The pool within the villa was used the most. "The morning buffet breakfast need serious upgrading. Limited choice of food and local or international food not up to 4 star status hotel. I am a frequent visitor to Resort hotel b4 Covid. The buffet breakfast previously, prior to 2018 was good, they served tasty nasi dagang and nasi lemak and egg omelette was good. Now the standard has deteriorated. Very disappointed.
