"I was treated rudely by the staff (a Malay man) at the Ground Floor upon checking in (the small reception near the front door). I arrived on 8th March at around 11 p.m. and was dressed casually in a home wear T-shirt and shorts. When I asked for directions to the lobby, the staff member pointed in the direction rudely, with an unwilling tone, probably not expecting me as a guest. Everything else was 10/10, except for this guy's attitude."

"Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). Stayed in a Jr Suite so had access to the Exec Lounge and wonderful b’fast and views. The rooms are very modern. The bathroom spacious with shower and tub.
