"Positive : staying in the durian orchard, beautiful hilltop view with various special building layout and designs, a good place for a chilling family vacation. Negative : most of the rooms are typically small, no sound proof (can hear voices next door), poor room management (no towels, water bottles, shampoo), some rooms are dirty and lack of maintenance especially for those rooms built with woods, no side table in the room and bathroom to place our stuff which is very inconvenient."

"i have booked family suite. The air conditioner is not working and the room have the bad smell. Luckily afyer complain they willing to change another room for us. However, the room still having bad smell and the bed is not clean which you could fell it. The blanket a lot of dust and make nose itchy. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel. The attitude of staff is okay."

"Like new hotel opposite bus station and less than ten minutes walk to old town and train station. Breakfast limited. Building work going on next door which was noisy. Staff helpful. After looking at other hotels here this one was probably one of the better hotels. "
