"I had a good stay here- it was comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was good and offered fun excursions and cheap massages. The shop onsite is handy for water and snacks. "The hotel room furniture is old and sad state. The bed should be changed to high quality mattress. The hotel has a bit of traditional vibe. They have hot shower too. The room furniture and breakfast options are huge disappointment. I hope the hotel management can invest more to improve the quality."

"All is good except the parking. There are only 2 parking space for the entire hotel. The rest have to park at the public parking area. If stay on normal days, have to worry about paying the public parking charges per hour from 8am to 5pm, except weekend and public holiday."

"Centrally located,easy to find not far from bus station and Chinatown. Lots of choice for food closeby. One chinese restaurant serves beer on same street if that is important consideration. Helpful staff at reception, lady owner or manager very kind and helpful. Room was compact, bed comfortable, shower good. Wifi good. Limited tv channels. "

"The hotel is good overall. Nice room, nice staff and good service. However, I’m a bit dissapointed that when I book the room it was breakfast included that my rate plan price is inclusive with breakfast. But they only gave me a $2 coupon for a meal of 4 pax. The cafe only have 2 menu and they are served cold."

"i'm very disappointed because the hotel did not receive my booking even though been confirmed by expedia. i have waited for an hour before the problem can be resolved. some more i got a smaller room (downgrade) from 2 + 1 bed which i book earlier (1 month early) to double bed for the same amount i paid. i should be compensated for the trouble."
