The steps to the loft in our room needs some repair as some of the wood chips are coming off and can be quite dangerous. "

"This hotel is listed under Expedia when you search for hotels nearby Papeete. I booked it accidentally for this reason and canceled less than 5 min later when I realized the error. Expedia and this hotel have refused to refund and response to tell me that my five minute booking will not be refunded has been slow.
