"The apartment was spacious but quite old and dirty especially the bathroom and kitchen. The trash can had some weird smell. Quite noisy as it was close to the streets. Plenty of parking. Owner was quick to reply my messages and communication was smooth. "

"I would not recommend this property for booking. I had back ache from sleeping on the bed. I would not even bother calling it bed, it felt like sleeping on the ground. There were no plates provided, no proper utensils available and NO microwave. For the cost, this place was pathetic. The owners did not even give correct or proper communication regarding the cost to parking. We were charged different pricing all the time. "This propery owner/ incharge very nice and very humble, cooperative man, everything was clean, hot water, fan, kitchen items, clean rooms, bed and bed sheets were cleaned and very good environment. No need to bring anything just come and stay here like it's your own house. I will recommend to everyone "

"The property itself was filled with hundreds of Ants when we arrived; on the floor and on the table. The mattresses were broken; springs popped through the mattress fabric. The bed sheets and pillow cases looked and smelled like they haven't been changed for a while. The bathrooms were dirty with broken accessories jutting out dangerously on the sink wall. "Good location to walk round and exploring the museums, food, Ipoh historic culture in the Concubine areas. It's new and clean with friendly stuffs. Plus, the price is very reasonable. Drop off/Pickup is a little bit inconvenient due to the entrance at the curve corner with short stop. I would like to stay in this hotel again when I visit Ipoh again."

"M boutique hotel never disappoints. This is my 4th time here. The bed is super comfortable and you can get a good night's sleep. There are coffee/tea making facilities , a fridge,safe, bathrobes etc The bathroom is tastefully decorated with sufficient toiletries. One concern is the chandelier above the bed🙃"
