"Great place to stay in Matsue. Super close to the train station, an easy 15-20 min walk to the Castle District. Lots of good restaurants and konbini available nearby. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Hotel is very clean and well-run. A great place to stay."

"It was located near JR train station, so it was very convenient. A nice business hotel. Room was a bit small for 3 people, but beds were comfortable. Did not have a public bath. Buffet breakfast was very good in variety and quality. "

"When you first get there, it seems like it's a standard, up-to-standards Japanese business hotel. But...my request of having a corner and/or a room not in between two other active rooms was not honored. Then I got placed in a room next to the elevator. "This was our second stay at a Toyoko property in Japan. Rooms were super clean, great amenities from laundry machines to baggage storage and just a short walk to the train station. The best part was the wonderful Japanese breakfast! Lots of variety and very yummy food to fuel up for a day of sightseeing in Matsue. A very comfortable stay."
