Second time staying here in the last few months. Room is clean and has lots of room. The 2 bedroom suite is a must when traveling with teens. Lots of amenities. Pool is wonderful and almost always empty. Will stay again, no doubt about that.

Lack of front desk attendance, waited almost 10 minutes to check in at 6pm on a Friday (1 person in front of us), no shampoo/conditioner in shower, very loud children making noise late and early in the morning. Overall the room itself was excellent, restaurant was very good and amenities good.

Convenient location; close to freeway, but no noise; many restaurants within walking distance. Friendly and efficient staff members. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well-equipped. I was supposed to get breakfast included. I purchased this with the rate. Apparently a voucher was supposed to be given to me when I checked in but it wasn’t. So when I came down for breakfast I was told that it was not included. I assumed that I was mistaken. When I went to check out the front desk attendant said that I had not used my breakfast voucher. Of course by then it was too late. I told the storey that I was never given a voucher or told haw the breakfast worked. I asked if they could refund the additional cost. Of course due to the “system” I couldn’t. No big deal but still an annoyance. Too bad an otherwise nice stay sullied by a less than diligent front desk staff while checking in.

Hotel was very nice and met our needs although the air conditioner didn’t like turning off when programmed to. House hamburger was excellent and reasonable, for these days. Breakfast pricing was a little misleading.

I arrived to Hotel around 10:40 pm, when I check in, The staff takes 30 mins, looks like he need more help for his job, he make many calls and than finished my check in, when I checkout next morning, the staff take more than 15 mins to make a phone call, I really have no idea what’s happened
