"Didn't seem like the bedside table was cleaned. Sandy feeling that scratched my cell phone when I slid it across. No extra roll of toilet paper. No TV controls. Lady at front desk dealt with that quickly and efficiently for us. Toilet kept running unless you jiggled the handle several times. Breakfast could be improved. In spite of all these issues, we enjoyed our stay. Have been to the Plaza many times. Great location. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out."
