"We had booked the aforesaid property for 2 days, 26th dec and 27th dec ,were not accommodated since they were already booked although showing vacant thru your website. After repeated calls from customer care we were *not* reallocated for different dates or location,which is beyond expectation from your reputed company. We believed on Expedia but....it was total harrasment n failure."

"Everything was really well maintained, rooms were clean, washroom well maintained, the corner balcony was just star, but the room windows, the front and the left one made us feel just aw stuck, Kalpa though has its own beauty undoubtedly, and this hotel makes it complete. If you get a chance to the talk to the owner do so, he is a one of a kind person, very humble and soft spoken. Also the complete staff was too good at their services. All in all we had such an amazing experience, so thanks so much."

"Not the wooden room as mentioned in picture and dirty room with shared balcony, balcony should be mentioned earlier."
