"The property is more of a residential building with 3 floors of hotel rooms and whilst the standard of furnishing and the hotel ambience is 5 star the facilities I wouldn't say are. The pool area is really nice but the raised infinity pool means you can't see it from the sunbeds. Also although described as having a poolside bar and restaurant this wasnt staffed during our stay and staff didnt check on you so this meant going to reception if you wanted or needed anything. "Property was clean, service was excellent. Had an initial problem with the unit I was given. It was not the flat I rented from your site. From the pictures on your site, I had a desk in the master bedroom and a bathroom with a tub. That was not what we were given. After contacting the Front Desk, Mr Socrates found an adequate Unit for my family to move to the following day. "

"The house were quaint and traditional. The shower room was awful and there was a rusty nail sticking out the floor which was dangerous. If a little bit of consideration was taken to improve these facilities the accommodation would have been lovely. "Andreas was really nice, gave us good recommendations of things to do around whether it was hikes, beaches or shopping. The hotel is small and peaceful so very relaxing. "Gorgeous. Rooms and resort have all of the finishing touches for a high end resort. The staff are experienced and add an extra level of class to the place. They were outstanding.
