"初めての無人ホテルでした。Hotels.comには、アパートメントとの表記はなく、ホテルだと勘違いしました。チェックインの二日前に、チェックインに必要なエントランスのキーが送られてくるようですが、届ておらず、コールセンターに「届いてない」旨伝えたら、「送ってますので」とかなり強く言われました。迷惑メール等も確認しましたが届いてないです。かなり不信感しかありません。 ..."

"Washing machine is dirty, bedroom slippers are quite small for my hubby & air purifier is mouldy and dusty, TV has 3-4 channels only. Sofa is too close to the TV. Air con is located quite far from the beds."
