The hotel was undergoing renovations, so it was a little messy outside. The rooms were a bit dingy, and the bathrooms were dated. I couldn't turn up the heat. Also, the towels were skimpy, and the bed was a little worn. Maybe the renovations will continue inside, too.

Hotel was fine - location was nice, just outside of Kaiserslautern, but there wasn't much immediately around the hotel. Check-in was different - my room key was in a lockbox, with the registration card. My check-out was early in the morning so I just dropped the key in another secure box.

Great little hotel in a great location, the breakfast was amazing and worth the extra $10. Wish the employees spoke better English but hey I’m in their country so I didn’t mind that much. Hotel is old so could use a little maintenance, but besides that I really did enjoy it.

Very nice little bit out of town. The staff was very nice. Hotel was very nice, but beds could be better. Good breakfast could offer a little more. Overall very nice place.

Hotel Hasselburg
Nice location with excellent staff who were always kind and went out of their way to accommodate me. The hotel was usually quiet and they had a good breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during my stay so I had to get other meals elsewhere. My biggest complaint is the WiFi was very poor and always going out.
