Staying at a one bedroom condo had nice advantages compared to a hotel we normally use. There was ample lighting inside, liked the full size bathroom and kitchen. The drawback that I noticed was the musty mildew smell which irritated my throat and made it uncomfortable to sleep. Tho it didn’t seem to bother my wife. Also noticed two cockroaches inside. Probably an extra pest control service would take care of that.

Sweet vacation condo
This is exactly the type of property I would look for if I was to purchase a vacation home in Kona. The location was excellent near shops and restaurants. I liked the size of the complex in general. It was on the smaller side and fairly quiet. It is not brand new, but well maintained, nicely landscaped and clean. It is right on the ocean with a little man-made beach. There are beach chairs, grills, and a cabana available. The unit itself is also well-maintained with a nice layout. The terrace overlooks the courtyard, but you can see the ocean if you lean/look to the right. Overall, a good value for the price. You could stay for weeks or months in this unit. The kitchen is fully equipped. I appreciated the welcome treats.

It was so nice. We liked the ground floor, and the laundry room was easy to use. Our only complaint was the mattress was very hard and 2 chairs need new foam in cushions. Otherwise we enjoyed it.

This trip was what I needed. Thanks to the property manager who saved me as I had not received my code to get into the place from orbitz. She was awesome and helped me out! The place is great. The view is amazing. The whales were so cool to watch and the sunset each night was great. I would definitely stay again.

Nice property with a good location. The two pools and courtyard and barbecue areas were very nice and well maintained. The unit was clean and well equipped and we enjoyed our time on the balcony daily, listening to the waves. Unit could use some updates and maybe a king sized bed but met our needs for our 10 day stay.

After waiting outside the gate and repeatedly calling them, as well as Orbitz repeatedly calling them, we had to book another place to stay. Great visit here..Nov 29 - Dec 7 After a very busy Fall season complicated by some illnesses We came to rest and soak up the tropical climate. The condo was perfectly clean and well appointed with anything needed for vacation such as cooking equipment, and some supplies to use and cooler. It is quiet and the pools and beach area are wonderful with shade and views Free parking and the check in was simple. Can't think of anything to request. Definitely will come again and stay longer.
