Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. "AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! "

"I'm so pleased to have stayed at the Ared Villa. This is a great location - near the airport - and a great price - so affordable for the quick night or two after arriving or before departure from Colombo. The proprietor and his wife are the kindest people; they do a lot of good work for their community and the country (so please support them). "One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service. Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet.
