"모든 staff가 친절하고, 숙소의 컨디션이 훌륭했습니다. 방, 욕실, 부엌 모두 깨끗했고, 아침에 캡슐커피를 먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 호텔식 침구라 뽀송뽀송하고 따뜻했고요, 수건을 넉넉하게 주셔서 좋았습니다.수영장이 제법 커서 저희 아이들이 즐겁게 놀았습니다. 샤워 가운(Bathrobe)은 수영 후에 요긴하게 입었습니다. 부모님도 너무나 만족하셨습니다. 아쉬웠던 점은 벌레(곤충?)가 많아요. 사실 이건 날씨와 조명의 문제일 수는 있어요. 야외랑 연결되어 있고 조명이 밝은 수영장과 부엌은 어쩔 수 없었던 것 같아요. ^^ 하지만 그것마저도 ㅎㅎㅎ 다시 가고 싶을만큼 너무나 훌륭했습니다. We were staying for only one night whilst the annual Jinju lantern festival was taking place, so the hotel was right along the river where the festival was which was really convenient and we could see the lanterns from our bedroom window as well. "The hotel is new part of city so it was really clean and I like my room, service and staff was excellent. Also there was so many choices for restaurants. All the restaurants I‘be tried I was satisfied. But now I’m in city of tong young and I’m already disappointed with the quality of hotel. Staff doesn’t care. My door and tv was not working properly and they fixed the door but they said they will be back for tv but never did. Also it was supposed to be deluxe double room. That’s not deluxe...

"광양항이 보이는 향에서 묵었습니다. 풍경도 멋지고, 조식도 간단히 제공되고, 시설도 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 광양항 근처 숙소들이 다 가성비가 좋긴 하지만, 가격대 숙소 품질은 이곳만한 곳이 없습니다. 길 건너 편의점, 걷는 거리에 식당들도 많이 있고요. "

"우선, 화장실에 전기코드가 없음, 그런곳은 처음봄, 간단한 조식이 무료라고하여 아침에 이용하였는데 제대로된 커피도 없었고 양도 모자라 나중에온 사람들은 먹지도 못하고 갔습니다. 차라리 조식을 안하느니만 못하는 수준입니다. 저희뿐만 아니라 다른 이용객들도 조식을 보고 당황스러워하였음... 이게뭔가 싶었고 투숙객들 농락하는것같았음... 비추천합니다. 룸에 머리카락도 많았고 제대로 청소가 안된것같습니다. 그렇다고 프로트 데스크 서비스도 좋은것도 아니고 다음에는 전국 브라운 도트 호텔 모두 이용하지 않기로 마음먹었습니다."

"Not in the middle of the city, close to 진양 lake. The attic was a small size with a tiny window but the room was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was a smaller size but nice& clean with lots of utensils. So, we could cook some simple foods for breakfast. Overall, a very comfortable stay. The owner was friendly. "

"Property was clean and nice. Rooms are typically a little smaller than the US hotels but sufficient for my travel needs. Breakfast is available for an additional price. It had a good mix of western and more local food varieties. There is a convenient store on the first floor attached which had different supplies. I would stay here again. "

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the bay club. The owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He recommended us to visit some of the best local restaurants and tourist attractions. It was quite a drive to get to the hotel because the location is very hidden, however, the sceneries surrounding the hotel make it very worthy. "
