"We only stayed for one night but it was really nice from the moment we walked in, With a helpful receptionist The room was a great size and bathroom was as well, very clean and well looked after. The breakfast was nice with good selection of hot and cold items. We used the swimming pool and the water was nice and warm and a nice padded floor in the pool and good shallow end for little ones, and also towels were provided by the reception of the pool area. "

"Enjoyed a lovely stay at New Year , the hotel is ideally located. Check in was easy , the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious with a great outlook over the seafront. Room facilities were great with everything you’d expect to find . Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back there again in the future."

"Next to Lyme Regis front beach, 1 minute walk. Walking distance to Charmouth beach walking along the beach, 50 minutes and 1.5 miles. Walking distance to Monmouth Beach, ammonite pavement, 20 minutes walk. There’s a pool, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. You got to book first, one hour each family/room. The services of checking in, breakfast, and so on were professional. Room was clean and quiet. The only downside is some light daints on the carpet floor, but they’re cleaned just hard to remove. This was a very minor issue. My comment is based on the sale price. So it added to the great stay experience."
