Ich zeigte meine Buchungsbestätigung an der Rezeption vor, doch der Mitarbeiter behauptete, dass keine Reservierung vorhanden sei bzw. dass die Buchung nicht bezahlt wurde.
Er teilte mir mit, dass er den Manager kontaktieren würde, doch dieser war zunächst nicht erreichbar. Ich musste etwa eine halbe Stunde warten,...
