"We enjoyed our stay at Ona Valle Romano. There are a number of self catering apartments with reception and 2 restaurants. We were very happy with our apartment which had a good balcony overlooking the golf course. We did not have any meals but breakfast and evening meals are provided. The WiFi worked well, although there was only one channel on the TV in English. Good hot water. There is free parking outside the accommodation, only problem is later in the evening it is difficult to find a spot."

"Beautiful property! The service from everyone was outstanding and the views from our balcony were incredible. The rooms were very clean, but appeared a little tired. They could use an update. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to going back in the future. "

"Location on beach front next coffee shops, restaurants beach activities and closeness to old town. The staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't like that the property charged me $3/night for using the safe inside the unit. Also, if you happen to be driving a car, dropping luggage off at property on such a busy street before knowing where to park can be very challenging."

"Ideally located hotel for beach,walking and dining. We had a 1 bed apt which was perfect...loads of storage space, fully kitted kitchen and spotlessly clean. Excellent value. Will definetly return next year. If I had one suggestion and its very small we would have liked water and coffee pods left for the first night,especially if you are arriving late. "

"From the booking the communication was great. They contacted me closer to the time with tons of information, directions, passwords, how to get into resort, parking available etc. Everything was covered. The apartment was clean and new. Unfortunately swimming pool was shut before the time shown but otherwise that is the only issue. Parking available underneath, I suggest you take this up as a very busy area. You can see the sea and the harbour. But traffic regular outside so if door open it...

"Our room had two bathrooms one we had to keep the door close and not use it, because the smell was so toxic of sewer. Hair in shower floor and shower water was barley warm. We picked a room that slept five and when we got there, they said no only three people. So we had to book another room. "

"Very nice apartment, lots of space and nicely appointed. Location good for golf courses in the area. Nice and quiet at night and with nice bars and restaurants nearby. The local beach is a bit messy with a hotel that looks like it has been unused for a while. "

The staff had WhatsApped me a couple of days beforehand asking what time I’d arrive. Really useful to have the number as the reception isn’t manned 24 hours. "The property was nice a little outdated but it was nice. You need a car when going shopping but it was convenient with the nearby pool and has a restaurant as well."

"This is a great little find and we’ve been back to stay already. There is no pool access yet (May). And it would be awesome to have access directly out to the paseo with a key rather than walk around the front and the TV is mounted way too high for viewings! - but that’s the only criticism and still a 5 star stay!"

"The Hotel was lovely, room was large, modern and comfortable, it was very close to a major road so sitting on the balcony wasnt really possible without listening to music through noise cancelling ear pods. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice of food and juices. I would recommend the Hotel just be aware of the road and ask for room away from it!"

"It is a beautiful hotel that is well managed, clean with friendly staff. Our room had the most amazing view of the canyon below which was worth the price alone. The only problem we had was at the breakfast buffet - when we ordered our eggs they brought us very small portions about the size of a table spoon on each plate with nothing else on the plate - and took us a while to even get that. And the staff were rushing around and weren’t very helpful. "

"Fantastic stay here. Excellent service and friendliness. We booked a Keep the Secret room with a side sea view that has excellent view of the sea. Wonderful food - both breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended. We stayed during rainy days. We were not able to spend time on the beach and pool. Now we have to try this hotel during sunny days. "
