"Spent a couple of days at this hotel and overall was a good experience. Hotel is right in the middle of everything. You can literally go walking distance to various locations. Hotel inside very clean, housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping my room smelling so good. Clean sheets, towels, replenish always with shampoo &soap. "This hotel need some serious clean up and some plumbing revamp. It’s not okay for the sewage from toilet to come to the shower and vice-versa. Please fix your plumbing. The second issue for me was the intermittent internet connection and rude staff. They are not capable of fixing any issue, instead they will change your room to a worst one. This is not acceptable guys. Come on. What a terrible experience I have at this hotel. "

"Stay at tha Alven Hotel was ok in General. Front desk staff did not speak English so I used a translator app. Hotel was divided in two (old vs new) areas. I was placed in the old side myself and room had a antique vibe. Room was comfortable but a 32 inch tv too small for the size of the room. The wifi was slow & often disconnected from my tablet.
