"The staff was great! The amenities were great! I own a maintenance company so it is an area they need to take a look at. Our Spa tub filled VERY slowly and drained even slower. The skylight about the toilet leaked during the rain in room 26. None of these issues would prevent me from going again and I would have stayed longer if I could. However, I have bad pollen allergies and something was bothering me since it is 300 years old and has no A/C I had to leave. LOVED our Stay!"

"The place is secluded and peaceful with nice views from the city of Baños, the staff, therapeutic massage and breakfast are enough to make you feel on top of the world. I gave this place a 9 out of 10, for the only reason that if you have difficulty walking you must in advanced suggest to get a lower level room, and perhaps it will also give you a better city view. "I understand the country has blackouts, but the hotel doesn't have a backup power generator; not even for the reception; therefore, there is no lights for the Wi-Fi. The hotel obtains the water from the water well by pump; therefore, because there is no power, there is no water for the toilets, showers, etc. The hydromassage pool water was cold."

I arrived there and directly ask for money, I couldn't pay with card, asked to pay later after I withdrew money and said I couldn't, said they i couldn't pay with 100 dollar bill and managed to find money to pay then but lacking 1 dollar which I asked to pay later and they said no. "This is my second time staying at the Posada de Arte. I enjoyed staying here because the place is comfortable, and at walking distance from the thermal baths. My friends and I really enjoyed having dinner there. The food was very tasty and the presentation was beautiful. The breakfast was really good too. I will definitely stay in La posada de Arte again. "Me pareció una estadía segura, cómoda y confortable. Me gustaría destacar que es necesario avisar si se lleva carro para reservar un puesto en el parqueo, ya que, una vez guardado, no se puede sacar hasta el día siguiente. Sin embargo, también es posible estacionarlo afuera sin inconvenientes, ya que los alrededores son muy seguros y cuentan con cámaras de vigilancia. Fue una experiencia agradable."
