"I enjoyed my stay though it was very short "

"We had an excellent 2 week stay at the Rayz Eiffel. The area is very convenient and safe and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the Ecole Militaire metro station.The room was a decent size for Paris and had a kitchenette which was very convenient.The only drawbacks were the room was very dark even with all the lights on and the bathtub was difficult to get in and out of for an older person.We would definitely stay there again."

"If i can give 10 stars i would. We really had a good experience with this hotel, all the staff here are very kind. We came a little early then 3pm (check in time) and the front desk saw me with my 2 year old sleeping in my chest, he let us check in before 3pm. The front desk also help us purchase ticket for versaille and the lourve and we didnt have to go to long lines, he is also was very helpful giving recomendations where to go. The dining experience was the highligh of our stay, we only ate in few restaurants around paris since we have 2 year old kid, the restaurant in this hotel serves the most apetizing and amazing food, from breakfast to dinner. Staff are all amazing too, very child friendly, not over price food but 5 star service! The room we got had a view of the eiffle tower, it was so dreamy. I cant wait to comeback to paris and come back in pullman paris. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our paris experience unforgetful."

"From the Concierge to the Bellman, we found the staff to be very, and unusually, competent and professiosnal. We had occasion to change room from a standard room to one where the bath was more accessible. The Front Desk staff handled this exceptionally well, showing us two possible exchanges and then seending a bellman to assist with our move within the hour. We were very impressed and much more comfortable in our new room. Thank you."

"We would highly recommended staying at this hotel. The location is great - 10/12mns walk from the Effiel Tower and River Seine. Food shops, restaurants, bars etc all within walking distance. There was a lovely local market on the Sunday we were there. The staff are super polite and helpful with the rooms ideal for couples/families. Clean with towels and toiletries available. We would definitely stay here again!"
