"Beautiful property and very affordable. Rooms are gorgeous and very tidy, and we had a great sleep here for our last night in Cuba. Pretty close to the revolution plaza and some good restaurants. Staff were helpful in arranging transport. Definitely consider staying here if you are visiting Havana Vedado."

"I loved this Hotel the moment I walked in The staff were the most friendliest most welcoming people I have ever met. They made my Cuba holiday a real experience. They arranged my little trips. They joined in with me watching English Football. They became my family and best friends. They taught me Cuban Spanish and I taught them English. We laughed and we were happy. I learnt a lot about Cuba from these guys. You have to go there. "

"I had an amazing stay at El Candil Boutique Hotel! The room was exceptionally spacious and spotless, offering a comfortable and luxurious feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our entire stay even more enjoyable. "Mary was adorable. She helped us in any way we needed, and made us forget the little disagreements of water or wifi shortage we experienced. The shower wasn’t top-notch, either too hot or too cold, and lacking pressure. Maybe it’s us not understanding how to operate. The fridge was very enjoyable, and we get lots of furniture. A/C and fan well appreciated too. This is Cuba, we can’t compare with western standards. Recommended for (budget) travelers looking for comfort."

"The property was well modernised, nicely decorated and very clean....in fact our bed sheets were changed twice during our 14 day stay. The air conditioning was modern, worked well, and was a godsend for me, as I can't stand too much heat. "We can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to stay at Casa Flamboyan! Our hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming to us as first time visitors to the country. They explained everything we needed to know and made themselves available to make recommendations, book taxis, and tours. "My first time in Cuba and with only two nights, I felt at home. Since my arrival with the attention of the reception staff Mariem I received an incredible early check in and a great free upgrade to one of their best rooms, the Junior Suit, super comfortable and spacious. I really enjoyed breakfast, mainly the coffee and the egg, and the chefs were attentive to everything I asked for. I can't leave aside the cleaning staff who always received the room like the first time. Thank you all! I hope to return soon!"
