"The place is clean, spacious with almost everything you need. They don’t have irons so bring a travel one with you. The area around the hotel is very safe. What I like the most were the people. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you speak Spanish, you can have a lot of fun. When I go back, I have to stay at least two weeks. I forgot, if you prefer high class hotels, this hotel is not for you. This is not a tourist area."

"This was a nice property in what seems to be a good, convenient area (we took an uber everywhere because the city is so spread out). However, we were on the first floor and what looks like a quiet street, certainly is not. This is a very busy and loud street ALL night long. They did move us up to the 3rd floor when we asked and that was better. The host is very responsive and very helpful if you need to contact her. There is a breakfast with this right next door but it has a very limited menu....

"Despues de 20 dias en el hotel, no tengo mas que agradecer a todos los que trabajan en el mismo, las chicas del desayuno excepcionales! todos en la recepción excelentes! las chicas de limpieza y camaristas geniales. En el gym y alberca, super bien todos. Tambien las personas de mantenimiento. En general el servicio es muy eficiente, profesional y super amigables. Espero volver pronto. "The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars to choose from. On weekends, there is a great street market with many interesting vendors. The beds are comfortable, but the rooms are so bright. My room only faced the hallway, but the room had windows anyway and the the curtains were not great. I would recommend but bring an eye mask if light bothers you early in the morning. "

"Safe, Quiet unit with a nice view. Centrally located. The Doors didn’t lock to the patio and duvet cover seemed stained and bathroom wasn’t clean we had to clean areas. Shower curtain leaked water on the floor and out into the hall we had to put towels down to mop up the water. "

"Andrea iat front desk s the best, great service, big heart for us travelers. Worst part is i ordered a private room but had to go outside in the closed courtyard down the hall to rhe bsthroom in 40 degree weather at night. The other rooms are indoors.The hotel is in a central area of the best part of town Palermo Soho. "
