"I did enjoy our stay! Great condo with 2 levels and balcony w hot tub. It does have a sewage smell upon walking in (maybe the main level bathroom?) and just smells dated. Maybe some nice Pura plug ins would help immensely. Overall great location, beautiful view and very serene. "

"First time staying in a hostel. Surprised by cleanliness of bathrooms. There were plenty and using one was never an issue. They supple clean towel, linen and a blanket. Bunk bed was solid construct but box spring was minimal so it’s not a Marriot but I slept fine. I was first to bed (10:30). Never met roommates as they trickled in after. But they were respectful- no one talked, made noise, played music. Each bunk bed has a curtain that closes so you do have some privacy. Common area was fun....

"The location of the property is awesome. Right in the center of town. About 2 blocks to the town lift and the first day we just walked about a mile to Park City Mountain (there are free buses too). The front desk staff was incredibly helpful with everything. They also completely cleaned our room daily which isn't always a given these days. "Pros: Close to Mainstreet and right off the bus line (free transport to the ski resorts and other locations, and there is a grocery store and several restaurants in walking distance. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and services daily. Cons: It was right next to a grocery store parking lot, which limited privacy and increased noise. Room itself was just ok; The closet is small, and not deep enough to hold hangers in the usual way."

"A very special property. Definitely on par with what one would expect from a solid five-star hotel experience by any standard in any country. Unmatched beauty in setting, delicious dining options, over and above on convenience with regard to ski valet and chauffeur service around Park City. The property and the people bring magic to your stay and offer lots to enjoy for the entire family. Our children loved the smores at night, the fresh popcorn when returning from the slopes, the tiny hotel slippers left for them at turn down, and the absolute radiant kindness from all staff. They are running an elite hospitality program in terms of service and training. Please note that in the US we tip generously for this level of service so one should be prepared and have gratuity on hand at all times. For example, at the end of each day, we felt compelled to tip the ski valet team between $40-$50 for our family of four coming in and out all day. Having the Deer Valley Resort desk located in the building made managing lift tickets, booking ski school and private guides quick and convenient. As always I was appalled by the rudeness of one or two guests but found this resort to attract mostly quietly wealthy, friendly, ski-loving families. We will be returning again and again. Next time I hope to see the continued dedication to improving communication among staff regarding guest requests and maintaining current luxury standards with regard to standard amenities (please new hairdryers 😊). "
