"No restaurant even though still advertising as available Hotel is literally miles from nearest restaurant on mountainous roads with no lighting. We arrived after a long journey tired and hungry, only to be told nearest restaurant was 9 miles away. We paid for breakfast included and received a long life croissant an apple and orange on first morning, thereafter NOTHING There was no heating, in January and hence sheets were damp. We couldn’t wait to leave "

"Parcheggio troppo piccolo, quasi assente, insufficiente per il numero di ospiti dell’hotel. Camera in condizioni pessime, la doccia intasata di capelli/peli degli inquilini precedenti. Per risolvere il problema il personale non ha aiutato, anzi, spesso il proprietario era assente. Rubinetti sporchi di dentifricio e mobili unti di macchie, specialmente gli armadi. Peccato perché potenzialmente il posto è carino e con piscina ma non viene curato. "

"1st really bad review I make. Worked in the travel industry for 35 yearsso I've travelled extensively. Attitude of the management: "You are our last cuctomers for the season, so we don't provide service. If you don't like it, LEAVE!!!!!". We had prepaid. We might not be the last customers, as rooms are still bookable (at a reduced rate). Examples: Dirty Pool, not fit to swim in.
