"The inside of the condo is fine / recently updated and staff very friendly and helpful. BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach. Have to drive at least 5 mins to any amenities and the beach. Jolly Harbour is OK...but would not recommend staying there if you are not needing harbor access "

"Hermitage Bay was exactly what we wanted—quiet, intimate, and beautiful. The porches on the rooms are fabulous, as are the views. The staff was incredibly friendly and remembered our names even the first day. We were well taken care of and were able to fully relax for the first time in a long time. We will be back."

"Lovely views, great and friendly staff. Very accommodating and thoughtful. A bit rustic but all round excellent. My wife and I had an amazing anniversary there. They took great care of us and made it a special day. Only negative is, depending on your room, you may have to walk up a steep incline to get to your room. We did not mind but it’s good to know in advance."

"I had a great time staying at Colibri Court with my family. The villa was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The cleaning staff did an excellent job preparing and maintain the space. "There were a number of issues with this property. First it was not the property shown in the Expedia photo, nor was it in the location indicated on Expedia. Second, there was no remote control for the air conditioner unit in the main living area downstairs so it could not be turned on. Due to the extreme heat outside the two units in the upstairs bedrooms struggled to cool those rooms, and the whole unit was very uncomfortable to be in. Third, the customer service was appalling. "I liked so many things about Curtain Bluff. The beach area is beautiful and all of the activities are within easy reach. The food was diverse and delicious. A new dinner menu every evening with wonderful choices. Everybody was extremely friends, including the people who were also vacationing there. I loved the open-ness of the public areas, so it was cool and comfortable without being air conditioned. It was a great spot to relax or keep busy."

"This was my second time starting on this property, Nicollete is so sweet I believe she is the property manager. She accommodated me because I needed to check in a day early, the property is always quiet. All the apartments are gated in, it’s a nice beach maybe 7 mins away driving. And a nice pool on the grounds of the apartments. "

"Having been to Jolly Harbour, I knew what to expect and was not disappointed. The property was clean and kitchen well stocked. The area around the villa was well maintained with amenities nearby including a bus stop to take you to town. Only feedback i would give would be to provide a what on guide in the villa that was current. We had a villa book but not a 2024 What's On guide. I pick one up from HBK on my last day. If i had issues the staff tended to them and when Storm Ernesto came, someone came around to check on us. It was my 10th time to Antigua and 4th time to Jolly Harbour. My husband loves it as he an fish off of the patio."
