"Hotel was clean and had everything we needed. It’s right off 95 but the traffic noise was minimal. Front desk staff was very nice. Breakfast staff weren’t quite as friendly but kept food stocked and area clean."

"I want to precursor the rest of this review by saying that I hardly ever leave reviews. So take this SERIOUS!!! As a single momma to two little ones, along with a pup, I was extremely EXHAUSTED arriving at the hotel after driving from NY in a torrential rain storm for 8 hours straight. However, from the minute I entered the hotel, I couldn’t have been more relaxed, comfortable and happy. Ms. Stephanie at the front desk is by far the most amazing human being I have ever met!!! My son was extremely rambunctious after being cooped up in a car for 8 hours and she went ABOVE and BEYOND what any person needs to do. Not only did she show warmth, kindness and patience, but she treated him like he was one of her own grandchildren. I can’t wait to drive back from Florida and see her again in 5 days!!!! She deserves ALL the promotions in the world and should be considered for a position as a TRAINER for the Hilton brand so that every customer service representative could be as AMAZING at their job as she is!!!! She is an INVALUABLE asset to the brand and company which she represents!!! "

"Every single staff memeber from the manager, front desk , to all the cleaning staff and maintenance are the most amazing people! Being personable in the hospitality industry is key. Cleanliness is top priority for me and it met my standards. My mini fridge was not cooling and the manager had maintenance their immediately. Shelanda and Katelynn from front desk really deserve recognition for being extremly kind and helpful. Not only did they make it easy to extend my stay, but they were kind enough to also help with something outside there scope of work and provided guidance on home search in the nearby areas as I am in the middle of a home search. It showed so much humanity in a challenging time. Thank you to all the staff. "
