Shower nozzle and faucet both ready to fall off and made a loud noise while showering. AC not working properly and rattling all night. Very small bed pillows. Choice hotels used to be nicer but we won’t be staying there anymore.

The hotel needs clean. Mold on the sides of the bed, hair in the drain, musky and wet smell.

The hotel is definitely not what was advertised on the site. The shower curtain had wax with hair on it, the tub was nasty, and the plugs were not secured. I tried to does with the gentleman at the front desk but he was very dismissive and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend and will definitely not be back.

We have frequent this hotel when we visit our son at college and on move in days. Very convenient. Always quiet and the staff is always friendly. Breakfast is always good and the condition of the rooms are pretty good.

We ended up changing rooms 3 times to get a clean one. The first and second room had dirty sheets and mold was in the bathroom around the tub. The walls of the shower were yellow (this was due to being old). It needs to be updated. The hot breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage and make your own waffles. There were no fruit options at all. I would not stay here again.

Family of 5 - we liked the extra bed afforded in the fold-out sofa. Desk clerk was friendly and responsive. There were a number of things we did not like. The shower/bathtub did not look like it had been scrubb cleaned in weeks/months. It was quite easy to rub scum off the shower wall with a cloth. Our family did not use this shower. Dining was horrible. The biggest put-off was three bowls of bananas that were virtually black and rotten with swarms of black flies flying all around the bowls. We're not talking a handful of black flies...there were literally hundreds. Additionally, the hot breakfast was awful...tasteless artificial eggs, milk jug was empty, coffee dispenser was empty and all the yogurts were gone. The man supposedly taking care of the dining area acted put out and inconvenienced when asked for refill milk and yogurt...he brought one (1) yogurt. This was still one hour before breakfast was scheduled to end and these were the problems encountered. We will never stay at this hotel again. 6 out 10 stars for facilities, 3 out of 10 for dining experience. Fire the dude with the black beard tending to dining. He is not a good example representing this hotel.
