"Ciara and Amy at the front desk were very nice and personable! Helped me to set up my next stay! Room was very clean and well taken care of by a sweet young lady (I did not get her name) but left her a tip with note. The manager was also very pleasant. The only dislike we had, was having to pay for parking. $10 a day. For those of us that are seniors and have to get to UVA hospital with an overnight stay, do not appreciate the extra add on. Overall an A stay! "

"They checked me into a room that was currently being used which led to an awkward situation, but they quickly fixed it. However, you have to call an 800 number to fix it and they do everything remotely but other than that everything was fine and clean."

"One night stay. Very comfortable bed. Very clean facility. Staff very professional. Bar food and drinks were very good. Only complaint is I was told the fitness room was only open 7am - 10pm from both front desk and bar tender. I learned when I went to the fitness room at 7am, the fitness room is open 24/7, the pool is 7am - 10pm. "
