"The staff were very kind and accommodating. I booked a couple nights at the last minute to avoid a storm before the Thanksgiving holiday. Vail doesn’t quite open up until after this holiday but they were still well staffed and able to help me. Overall my stay was great as I was only there to work from the hotel room. "I was looking for a safe place to take a solo trip to Colorado and the Hythe exceeded all expectations. Valet and room service were over the top. The amenities such as the fire pits, restaurants, spa, gym, and whirlpools made the stay even better. Vail village and lions head are just a short drive or walk away. So many great food options just minutes away. I can’t recommend The Hythe enough. "

"1st thing was this hotel has no elevator aND UNLESS YOUR ON THE 1ST FLOOR, BEWARE! As a guest at over 75 , you would think that they would keep that in mind, keeping you on the 1st floor, however, this was completely overlooked and they put me on the 3rd floor. Carry up my bags, suitcases and other related travel stuff, it was not very easy, in fact it was difficult! This property would also benefit with a full length mirror somewhere in the unit. You can procure them for less then $10."

"Lovely condo with a view to the woods. Spacious for 4 adults. Beds were super comfy and the floor plan was great, with the living area separating the 2 bedrooms. We took advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. It was a hot weekend so we were very thankful for the A/C. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the condition of the shower door, which really needs replacing and some caulking. Overall we really liked the location which made for a quieter stay. We’ll go back...
