Great stay. Big rooms and bathrooms. Everything you need. Excellent service. For such a nice hotel - breakfast was standard, but not bad. Can definitely improve menu - very few options.

Decent night's sleep and great breakfast

Great looking location and facilities. Bed was a bit hard/springy and the bathroom bin had not been cleaned fully. Otherwise a pretty pleasant nights sleep had and amazing morning shower! Breakfast offered was a typical buffet which you would expect from any 5 star hotel so lovely!

It all went wrong

The hotel is beautifully designed and has an excellent location. It is green and quiet and a true oasis in busy Pretoria. Free WiFi at reception was hassle free and had a strong signal. Unfortunately my booking made online and paid in advance via Expedia 6 weeks prior was not found by the hotel. The premium rooms I had booked close to the plunge pool were not available. This was disappointing. Damage to an external fuse box (there had been heavy rains the day of our stay) meant the rooms we were given in another building had no power or light. We waited for at least 90 minutes in the darkness of our first rooms, before having to move out of these rooms and be relocated by hotel staff. There was no empathy or offer of recompense by the reception or manager that night or the next morning. The breakfast was good and enjoyed by all our party.

Super venlig og hjælpsom stab

Jeg boede på hotellet i 4 dage. Morgenmaden og aftensmaden var god (spiste ikke frokost på hotellet). Eneste negative bemærkning er at der ikke er WIFI på værelserne.
