"I was 100% satisfied with my stay at this hotel and the service was above and beyond to give me a good experience! The room was spacious, the shower was nice, and I am so glad there was a heater in the room! Bed was comfortable, wifi worked well, and the location is great. "Pros: Staff very attentive and helpful with a few English and Spanish speakers. Right across the street from Joaquina Rita Bier lake. A good spot if you don't have a car. A tour agency is very close. A pharmacy which is next to a 24 hour gas station with convenience store are about 3 blocks away. Very nice heated swimming pools. Breakfasts was simple but good with omelets made to order. Wi-Fi signal was strong. The shower and bun gun had strong water pressure. Air con worked great with no musty smell. Cons: The standard room was bit small, I recommended only 2 people. The jacuzzi jets were weak. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel . Very good location, ideal to go with kids. Our daughter loved the play area and swimming pool. Staff was very friendly too A bit disappointed with the dinner at the hotel restaurant and having to leave the car keys at the reception. "
