"The pousada is nice but not as you see in the pictures. Our room was at the top and there is a long way up, with low light at night The breakfast was ok, nothing special. It’s one block and a half to the beach, they change the pool towels only every 2 days. The curtains doesn’t cover completely so you get light early. The bed mattress for the small bed had a bump very uncomfortable, and the bed sheets low quality. Front desk people were kind and helpful"

"Be ready for a few steps up and down the hotel. If you have difficulty walking, or you are an elderly person, I would not recommend staying here. Otherwise, it is a great hotel and location."

"Overall a good experience. Breakfast was just above average as was the room. Hot water was lacking, but the view made up for many of the deficiencies. Spectacular. Pedro was a great host, but some other staff were less than friendly. Parking very convenient and walkability to Buzios centro and Joao Fernandes beach was good. Pool was very pleasant."

"There was mold in my room and l was sneezing all night because of it. The bed sheets also smelled like mold. There was animals trapped in small cages, such as snakes and birds, which amounts to animal cruelty. The stairs are dangerous for old people. "

"Atendente da recepção não achava meu comprovante de pagamento, mesmo eu mostrando recibo de pagamento, foi constrangedor ficar meia hora na recepção tentando provar meu pagamento. No quarto não tinha toalhas, travesseiros sem fronha, só recebi toalhas e fronhas à noite, parte exterior do hotel com aspecto de sujo, café da manhã não tinha uma fruta, bom lastimável, uma localização tão incrível em um dos melhores bairros de Búzios mas foi uma péssima impressão, não recomendo."

"Just perfect! The hotel is stunning with its natural, scandinavian-style look and feel. Peaceful despite being so close to all of the Buzios buzz. The decor is well-thought. Every single staff member is friendly and helpful. They really do care about making your stay comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. The hotel was very accomodating. Every little detail and attention from the welcome drink to the evening macaroons and goodbye gift was a lovely touch. Nothing to say on the cleanliness....

"Hospedei por um período de 12 dias com a familia! O pessoal é bastante atencioso e prestativo. Hospedagem de acordo com o oferecido! Ponto de melhoria seria o café da manhã que poderia um dia ou outro variar um pouquinho o cardápio, com opcão de tapioca, ou algum outro mimo para o hospede! No geral satisfeito, e muito agradecido! Voltaria com certeza e recomendo!"
