"It seems that the hotel is poorly managed. We arrived in the evening and ordered an in-room dining. We were promised the food in 30 minutes, but instead it took more than an hour to get it. The food was disgusting, the chefs obviously do not even know how to make the most simple salads (such as Garden or Caesar), not to say mushroom soup. There is a construction site not far from the hotel, and also in the yard, and they started drilling at 8am on Saturday, and continued to do so on Sunday. When...

"We were pleasantly surprised by their hot springs and dinner bbq that they offer. The service is great, we were celebrating our Anniversary during our stay and they made it very memorable with a surprise waiting for us in our room.
