"A true 5 star experience! We loved this hotel and it exceeded all of our expectations. There was construction on the neighboring property so they offered us a room upgrade with a better view free of charge. The butlers we had were amazing, they even found us a floating swan for the pool! Everywhere you went they knew your name. At the end of our trip they left us thank you gifts. A truly unforgettable experience!! "

"Beach is just a short way from the property. Our butler Gede was really helpful during our stay, he and his colleague took really good care of us. He helped us arranged seafood dinner by the beach to watch sunset, helped us booked spa treatments at the property, help us get our laundry done, etc. All in all, we were well taken care of. Thank you for your hospitality. "

Had a sticky floor when we arrived and the air conditioner unit was not working at full capacity (it had to be serviced). The shower was dirty. These weren’t a big deal as we still enjoyed our stay "
