"We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."

"Probably the nicest place we stayed on our trip to Scandinavia. The room was spacious and clean with great information about the shared spaces. Staff were very helpful when we needed them. So much thought has gone into the room to make sure you have everything you might need, including a fan as we arrived during a heatwave and this was a necessity!! The location is a little out of the way from Copenhagen city but very easy to get to via public transport, we loved travelling on the local train...

"I did not get to check in to this property. I arrived in Copenhagen to a message staying that there was no booking , no room. They said they dont work EXPEDIA. Theyd had others turn up that they weren't expecting. I called EXPEDIA. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! STRANDED AT AIRPORT. I HAD TO ARRANGE NEW ACCOMMODATION AT A CONSIDERABLY HIGHER PRICE. Never again will I use or recommend EXPEDIA! "

An old man help us to called the given tel no. and sent us to the lady in the restaurant who helped us to check in and transfer to different cabin because there is a van that is charging in the given cabin. "Femhøj is not exactly place with great charm but the rooms are very clean, the bed and bathroom were excellent. Rather boring breakfast and low quality coffee. We also went to the restaurant nearby for a dinner. Rustic setting and classical dishes....not bad at all. "

"Everything went quick and easy, the room was of decent quality (especially in terms of value for money), everything was in order, breakfast was good. All in all a very good stay. The part of the hotel that my room was in was somewhat loud with the wall vibrating when a door on the hallway closed, but there was only a few room in use near mine, so it wasn't really an issue, but I don't think, I'd like it if the hotel was near capacity."
